About Grace Bible Church

Grace Bible Church is a non-denominational church committed to helping individuals and families grow in their relationship with Jesus and live out their faith in everyday life. Whether you’re navigating parenting, career decisions, relationships, or simply seeking deeper purpose, we want to walk alongside you as you grow.

Founded in 1976, Grace began with a simple mission: to clearly share the Gospel and teach the Bible in a way that is both faithful to Scripture and easy to understand. That same heart continues today. We believe the message of salvation and hope in Jesus should be communicated with clarity, truth, and compassion.

Today, Grace is home to a close-knit church family of about 200 believers who value genuine relationships, practical Bible teaching, and serving our local community. We strive to be a place where people of all ages can feel known, supported, and encouraged.

Our church is led by a team of spiritually qualified elders who serve alongside our Senior Pastor, Pastor Dean Pratt. Together, they are committed to shepherding the church with integrity, prayer, and a deep love for God’s Word and for people.

Our Ministry Leaders

 

DEAN PRATT
DEAN PRATTSenior Pastor/Teacher
Our senior pastor/teacher since 1996 and associate pastor from 1990 – 1996. He taught science at GCS from 1982 – 1990. He has been married to Barbara for over 44 years. They have 3 adult children. Pastor Dean did his undergraduate work at Florida Bible College and Bryan College. He did graduate work at Tampa Bay Theological Seminary and earned his Master’s degree from Moody Theological Seminary in Chicago.

Pastor Dean loves to study and teach the Word of God. He is also an avid motorcycle rider and formerly raced dirt bikes in his older teen years. He loves to travel and teach the Scriptures in over seas situations and has done so for many years now in several different Eastern and Western European countries.

SEAN MANISCALCO
SEAN MANISCALCOYouth Pastor
Our pastor of youth and children since 2011. He has been married to Joanna for over 29 years. They have 2 adult children. They are originally from Colorado. Sean earned his BA degree from Clearwater Christian College.

Sean and his wife have been volunteering and working with teens even while employed in the business world for many years. Sean loves to make disciples. He enjoys various sports especially football and is a former mountain biker.

SHAWN WEEKSPrincipal
Mr.Weeks is Grace Christian School’s new principal starting off the 2024-2025 school year (our 45th year). He has a BRE in Christian Education, a BS in elementary education from Grace College and a MA in Christian School administration from Grace Theological Seminary. He has spent 32 years in the field of education, 16 of them as Head of Schools. He has been married for 33 years, with three daughters in their twenties.

He enjoys watching sports car racing and spending time with his family.
